General Conditions

1: The Management reserves the right:
To refuse a person as soon as this last one will not have honoured its appointment on several occasions without preventing us, or in the case where the person presents with a certain delay to its appointment. This way, we avoid penalizing the following appointments that are made on time.
For any cancellation or modification of an appointment, please inform us by any means at your convenience (telephone, e-mail) 48 hours before the scheduled time of the appointment. Only coherent, plausible and non-repetitive reasons will be taken into consideration.

2: The Management reserves the right to ask you for a deposit to reserve your appointment of 40€ for each service which will be deducted from the total amount. In front of any ambiguous attitude, the Management and its personnel, reserves the right to ask you for the integral payment of your service, before the execution of this one.
To refuse to carry out or to continue the services on any person having ambiguous, disrespectful and with character Inappropriate towards the personnel. The establishment will be in the obligation to invite the customer to leave the places but only after having carried out the integral payment of the service, that it was finished or not.
Payment conditions:
On the spot, payment by Visa is accepted from a minimum amount specified at the cash desk.
A counterfeit detector will validate the authenticity of the bills at the cash desk. In case of anomaly, they will be refused. Payment by credit card will then be required (whatever the amount).

3 – RATES / PRICES
The prices related to the reservation of the services are indicated before and during the appointment
The prices are indicated in the commercial currency of the establishment and can be modified without notice.
Please inquire about the amount when making the appointment
All reservations, regardless of their origin, are payable in the local currency of the establishment.
Prices include VAT applicable on the day of booking and any change in the VAT rate will be reflected in the prices indicated on the date of invoicing, no refund will be made.

4: Please be aware of any contraindications to the treatments offered at our beauty center before booking your appointment a statement on your honor will be requested on the day of your appointment.
Attention ⛔️ in case of false declaration you alone would be responsible for the damage.
A consent will be presented to you on the day of your appointment.it must be signed and dated by you care.Contraindication / stretch marks / rings / scars.
no eczema. no hiv (aids). medical treatment if yes what? Not pregnant.
No cancer.
No blood circulation problems.
No tumor.
No allergies to cosmetic products?
No psoriasis.
Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions regarding contraindications before booking your appointment.

Bleaching contraindication and procedure before the service:
No eczema
No hiv
No cancer.
No allergy to cosmetics.
No deodorant, no body lotion, no perfume on the area.
Do not do the areas immediately after shaving, waxing or laser hair removal, please wait 7 days after hair removal before starting your treatment.

5: The client must respect the instructions given by the practitioner after each treatment.

6: Hygiene and equipment:
The practitioner is obliged to sterilize and clean after each client. We use sterilized needles and equipment, the needles are single use and are opened in front of the client.
